City Counsel     The Mayor and City Counsel meets at City Hall on every First and Third Monday at 10:00 a.m.   The public is invited to attend. You now may also send an email to citycounsel@youraltoona.us with your ideas, suggestion and yes even complaints about the city of Altoona. Your emails will be read and you will receive an email acknowledging the email.  An example of a suggestion would be to light the tennis, and basketball courts.  We have discussed this but currently like many of us today,  we are short on funds to purchase new lights and poles for this but it is on the project list which you can also view. Some of the emails may be replied back for more information or a request to share your ideas at a counsel meeting.
